- Fixed scope quotation
We’ll meet to discuss your aims for the project and provide you with a fixed scope quote for your Microsoft Dynamics QuickStart CRM implementation.
- Project requirements
A collaborative approach between your Redspire consultant and your internal stakeholders, to analyse your organisational pain points, and project aims and requirements.
- Sign off statement of work
We’ll provide you with a written technical overview that provides the granular detail of how we’ll approach and roll out your CRM implementation for you to review and approve.
- Technical work begins
At build stage, our development team will import and cleanse your legacy data, customise fields and creating bespoke attributes that suit your individual business needs and create workflows and process plans.
- Project go live
At this final stage, we’ll carry out some final live testing of your QuickStart CRM before sharing with your in-house teams. At this stage you may decide to discuss a second phase of work or additional support packages.
