Redspire Consultants’ provide technical implementation across the the full Project Lifecycle. They are responsible for engaging with the customer, building relationships and gathering requirements. As a valued member of both the consultancy function and the project delivery teams, consultants’ also provide first class technical and functional training to our customers.
We are looking for candidates who are Dynamics 365 accredited or willing to work towards it, with a good understanding of Azure and Office 365 technologies. With CRM Enterprise and cloud deployments experience, the ideal candidates is someone who can manage multiple projects with a strong focus on customer engagement.

Redspire’s Solution Architects provide overall technical leadership across the entire Project Lifecycle. They own the architectural process and all corresponding design artefacts for the life of the project and ensure all stakeholders understand processes and recommendations, regardless of levels of expertise. The right candidate won’t be afraid to challenge the room to critically think about the project and its objectives.
We are looking for Dynamics 365 accredited applicants with Enterprise CRM Experience, who understand architectural design principles like TOGAF. Strong communication skills and proposals and RFI / RFP experience is essential, as is experience delivering multiple complex projects.

Redspire Analysts provide support to the Technical delivery teams and work within the Redspire project lifecycle to achieve technical project delivery. Analysts touch every step of the lifecycle, from mining rich, disparate customer data, insight, patterns and relationships to recommend artefacts ideation and design.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified (Business Technology or similar) with the ability to communicate technical discussions to key stakeholders with a professional attitude. Previous experience isn’t essential, as initial training focuses on MS Dynamics accreditation, however an understanding of Dynamics 365 and SharePoint technologies and experience working within a Projects team would be advantageous.

Redspire Project Managers own the implementation of client projects and ensure efficient, timely project delivery. We seek experienced Project Managers who can ensure continued governance, controls and hygiene factors are implemented across all projects, ensuring timely turnaround of technical documents per lifecycle.
Applicants should be experienced in building strong relationships with the customer and the in-house technical team, ensuring that projects deliver meaningful business change for clients. We are looking for tenacious candidates who are Prince 2 qualified, or equivalent, with 3-5 years’ experience, who also have a strong background in delivering enterprise projects with teams of 10 or more.

The Redspire commercial sales team are highly attuned to our client’s long-term digital transformation goals and have a proven track record in Microsoft technologies and cloud sales environments. We seek candidates with experience working within a consultative, technical sales environment, who understand how customer experience is shifting, particularly within Financial Services, Government and the Public Sector.
Previous experience in Microsoft technologies isn’t essential, as initial training focuses on MS Dynamics accreditation, however an understanding of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform would be advantageous. We are willing to shape a sales or commercial role to the right candidate.
